SPECTRON TERMS OF TRADE:-

PAYMENT
Payment is due on the 20th of the month following date of invoice PROVIDED THAT if the Buyer defaults upon any payment so required in respect of any order, then payment shall be immediately due for all goods that have been delivered to the Buyer.
All costs regarding the collection of any debts will be charged to the Buyer/client.

PROPERTY OF THE GOODS
Property of the goods shall remain with the Seller until the Buyer has paid for them in full. The Seller without prejudice to any other rights retains the right to recover possession of and may dispose of the goods in the event of any actual or anticipatory breach by the Buyer of the obligation to pay for the goods, and the Seller shall have the right to enter the Buyers premises at any time for that purpose.

LOSSES OR SHORT DELIVERY
The Seller shall not be obliged to accept any claims for loss or short delivery unless: -
The carrier's consignment note or waybill is endorsed at the point of delivery and the claim is made in writing with full particulars and lodged with the Seller or carrier within seven (7) days of delivery.

GUARANTOR
The Directors or Owner (if not a Limited company) guarantee the due payment now owed by the Buyer, or which may be owed by them in the future. Agrees that no granting of time, waive, indulgence or neglect to sue by the Seller shall impair the Buyers liability, and that as between you and I the directors/owners shall be deemed to be the principal debtor.

In the granting of a trade trading account facility Spectron will at its discretion allocate the customer one of the following facilities:
1. Full trading terms with preferential pricing and 20th of the next month payment terms. An initial credit limit will be set and can be reviewed once a trading history has been established.
2. Full trading terms with preferential pricing secured by credit card. This card will be debited on a per invoice basis and as such no credit limit or review will be required.
